Keep this app on your device
This is a single file. Saving it once means the Search and PDF tabs keep working offline — no reinstall, no account, no app store. The Ask the Agent tab needs an internet connection since it talks to Jotform live.
- If the file was shared as a download link, click it — most browsers save it straight to the Downloads folder.
- If it's already open in your browser, press Ctrl+S (Windows) or Cmd+S (Mac) and choose a location. Keep the
.htmlfile type — don't change it to "Web Page, Complete." - To open it later, double-click the saved file. It launches in your default browser.
Tip: drag the file into a shared drive or Slack channel to hand it to a teammate — it's one file, nothing else to send.
- Open the file link in Safari.
- Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Save to Files, pick a location (On My iPhone / iCloud Drive), then tap Save.
- To reopen: open the Files app, find the file, and tap it — it opens in Safari.
Optional: from the Share menu you can also choose Add to Home Screen for a one-tap icon, though it opens the same saved page.
- Open the file link in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then Download.
- To reopen: open the Files app (or Downloads), find the file, and tap it — it opens in Chrome.
Optional: from Chrome's menu you can also choose Add to Home screen for a one-tap icon.
This file is view-only for the policy PDF — it can be read and searched but not downloaded or edited from inside the app. Saving the app file itself is separate from that protection.
